Please help us welcome Alexa to the In Her Era Ambassador Team! 💖🤼♀️
Alexa wrestles with Feet 2 Back and Big Lake High School in Minnesota, and she's already made a little history along the way.
Last season, Alexa won the Section 6 title at 130 lbs undefeated and without giving up a single point. That victory made her the first female wrestler in Big Lake High School history to qualify for the MSHSL State Tournament.
Then she went to state and finished fourth.
After eight years of travel wrestling, Alexa isn't looking at that podium finish as the end goal either. She's continuing to train, compete, and set her sights even higher.
We love stories like Alexa's because eventually someone has to be the first.
The first girl from a school to qualify. The first to stand on that podium. The first to make the next girl watching realize that she could do it too.
And then, hopefully, she isn't the last.
