Ambassador Team Terms & Policies
Our Mission
In Her Era was founded to support the growth of girls wrestling and create gear designed specifically for female wrestlers. Our Ambassador Team is made up of athletes, families, coaches, and supporters who share that mission and want to help grow the sport in their communities.
We are looking for ambassadors who demonstrate sportsmanship, leadership, positivity, and a genuine passion for supporting girls wrestling both on and off the mat.
Ambassador Team Participation
Acceptance into the In Her Era Ambassador Team does not constitute employment, sponsorship, endorsement, or agency relationship.
Participation in the program is voluntary and may be terminated by In Her Era LLC at any time.
Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance into the program.
In Her Era LLC reserves the right to approve, deny, suspend, or remove any ambassador at its sole discretion.
Ambassador Benefits
Approved ambassadors will receive:
• A personalized ambassador discount code
• 10% off eligible purchases made using their ambassador code
• The ability to share their code with friends, family members, teammates, coaches, and followers
• Opportunities to be featured on In Her Era social media platforms, website, email marketing campaigns, and other promotional materials
• Early access to select product launches, announcements, and special opportunities
• Access to ambassador-only updates
Ambassador Rewards Program
The In Her Era Ambassador Team is designed to recognize and reward ambassadors who actively help grow girls wrestling and introduce new customers to the sport and the brand.
Approved ambassadors may earn rewards based on cumulative referred sales generated through their personalized ambassador discount code.
Current reward milestones are:
• $500 in referred sales: $20 In Her Era store credit
• $1,000 in referred sales: $50 In Her Era store credit
• $2,000 in referred sales: One free In Her Era singlet
• $4,000 in referred sales: One free pair of In Her Era wrestling shoes
• $7,500+ in referred sales: Invitation to the In Her Era Elite Ambassador Team
The Elite Ambassador Team is an invitation-only group reserved for select ambassadors who have demonstrated exceptional support of the sport and the brand, the growth of girls wrestling, and the In Her Era mission. Elite Ambassador benefits, opportunities, and requirements are determined solely by In Her Era and may change over time.
Referred sales are calculated based on completed purchases that use the ambassador's personalized discount code. Cancelled, refunded, returned, fraudulent, or disputed orders may be excluded from reward calculations.
Rewards are not transferable and may not be redeemed for cash.
In addition to milestone rewards, In Her Era may offer additional recognition, rewards, exclusive opportunities, product testing, featured athlete spotlights, early access releases, event opportunities, or other incentives to ambassadors who consistently support the brand and positively represent the mission of girls wrestling.
In Her Era LLC reserves the right to modify, suspend, replace, or discontinue reward structures, eligibility requirements, incentives, milestones, and program benefits at any time.
Ambassador Expectations
As a member of the In Her Era Ambassador Team, ambassadors are expected to:
• Represent In Her Era in a positive and respectful manner
• Demonstrate good sportsmanship on and off the mat
• Support and encourage the growth of girls wrestling
• Maintain respectful conduct online and in person
• Follow all applicable rules, regulations, and event policies
• Share honest experiences and authentic content when representing the brand
• Uphold the values and reputation of In Her Era
While ambassadors are encouraged to share their discount code and support the growth of the brand, there are no minimum sales requirements and no obligation to make purchases.
Content & Media Release
By submitting an application and participating in the In Her Era Ambassador Team, ambassadors and their parent or legal guardian grant In Her Era permission to use, reproduce, publish, distribute, edit, modify, display, and share photographs, videos, testimonials, reviews, social media posts, written content, competition photos, and other materials submitted by or featuring the ambassador.
This content may be used in:
• Social media marketing
• Website content
• Email marketing campaigns
• Digital advertising
• Print advertising
• Marketplace and seller platforms
• Promotional materials
• Product launches
• Brand storytelling initiatives
• Event marketing
• Future marketing and advertising campaigns
This permission is granted on a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free basis without additional compensation unless otherwise agreed to in writing.
Marketing Communications
By applying to the Ambassador Team, applicants consent to receive communications from In Her Era, including:
• Ambassador program updates
• Product announcements
• Marketing emails
• Promotional offers
• Ambassador opportunities
• Program reward updates
• Brand-related communications
Applicants may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time; however, doing so may limit participation in certain ambassador communications, reward notifications, and program opportunities.
Parent or Guardian Consent
Applicants under the age of 18 must have permission from a parent or legal guardian to participate.
By submitting an application on behalf of a minor, the parent or legal guardian confirms that they have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Policies and consent to the minor's participation in the In Her Era Ambassador Team.
The parent or legal guardian further grants permission for In Her Era LLC to use photographs, videos, and other content featuring the minor as described in these Terms & Policies.
Program Changes
In Her Era LLC reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Ambassador Team program, its requirements, benefits, rewards, eligibility criteria, policies, milestones, or any other aspect of the program at any time without prior notice.

By submitting an Ambassador Team application, the applicant and, if applicable, the applicant's parent or legal guardian acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Policies and consent to participation in the In Her Era Ambassador Team program.
