At In Her Era, every order helps support the growth of girls wrestling. We're a small family-owned business, and we work hard to get your gear packed and on its way as quickly as possible.
Shipping
Processing Time
- Most orders ship within 1-3 business days.
- During product launches, holidays, tournaments, or sales events, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Rates
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Tracking Information
- Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email.
- Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
Shipping Delays
- Once a package leaves our facility, delivery times are controlled by the shipping carrier.
- In Her Era is not responsible for carrier delays caused by weather, holidays, service disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
- Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout.
- Orders returned due to an incorrect address may require additional shipping charges before being reshipped.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your gear. If something isn't the right fit, we're happy to help.
Eligible Returns
Items may be returned for store credit if they:
- Are returned within 30 days of delivery
- Are unworn, unused, and unwashed
- Have all original tags attached
- Are free from odors, stains, pet hair, or other signs of wear
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Worn or washed merchandise
- Items without original tags
- Clearance or final sale items
- Gift cards
- Customized or personalized products
Refunds
In Her Era primarily offers store credit for approved returns.
Refunds to the original payment method are considered on a case-by-case basis and are granted at the sole discretion of In Her Era. Approval of a return does not guarantee approval of a refund.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
- Customers are responsible for obtaining and retaining tracking information for their return shipment.
- In Her Era is not responsible for returned packages that are lost, delayed, damaged, or misdelivered while in transit back to us.
Exchanges
If you need a different size, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee inventory availability, but we'll do our best to help you find the right fit.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at alex@inhererawrestling.com. Include your order number and photos of the issue so we can make it right.
