In Her Era was founded in the Midwest with one mission: to support the growth of girls wrestling and create gear designed specifically for female wrestlers.
We're building a community of athletes, families, coaches, and supporters who believe in the future of girls wrestling and want to help grow the sport in their local communities.

What Is an In Her Era Ambassador?
An In Her Era Ambassador is someone who believes in our mission and wants to help introduce more wrestlers and families to the brand.
Whether you're a first-year wrestler, a national champion, a wrestling parent, or a coach building a girls program, we're looking for people who are passionate about supporting girls wrestling and representing the sport in a positive way.
We care far more about character, sportsmanship, and enthusiasm than medals or rankings.
Who Can Apply?
We welcome applications from:
• Female wrestlers of all ages
• Wrestling parents and families
• Coaches
• Wrestling supporters and advocates
Applicants under the age of 18 must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
What Ambassadors Receive
Approved ambassadors receive:
• A personalized ambassador discount code
• 10% off eligible purchases made using their code
• The ability to share their code with friends, family, teammates, coaches, and followers
• Opportunities to be featured on In Her Era social media, website, and marketing materials
• Early access to select product launches and announcements
• Access to ambassador-only updates and opportunities
Ambassador Rewards
As ambassadors help introduce new customers to In Her Era, they become eligible to earn rewards through our Ambassador Rewards Program.
Current reward milestones include:
• $500 in referred sales: $20 In Her Era store credit
• $1,000 in referred sales: $50 In Her Era store credit
• $2,000 in referred sales: Free In Her Era singlet
• $4,000 in referred sales: Free pair of In Her Era wrestling shoes
• $7,500 in referred sales: Invitation to the In Her Era Elite Ambassador Team
We may also offer additional rewards, recognition, exclusive opportunities, product testing, featured athlete spotlights, and other ambassador perks throughout the year.
What We Look For
We're looking for ambassadors who:
• Demonstrate good sportsmanship
• Encourage and support other athletes
• Represent girls wrestling in a positive way
• Share a passion for growing the sport
• Are excited about the mission of In Her Era
You do not need to be a state champion, nationally ranked wrestler, or social media influencer to apply.
