Ellianna is joining Lee's Summit Tigers Wrestling Club in Missouri, and her story is a little different from some of the other ambassadors we've introduced.
Because Ellianna hasn't wrestled her first season yet.
Last year, she spent the season watching her little brother wrestle, cheering him on from the sidelines, and wishing she could be out there too.
But she wasn't able to join a team that year.
This year, that's changing. She's finally getting her chance to wrestle, and she's SO excited to get started!
And we think that's a pretty special part of her story.
We talk a lot about girls wrestling growing across the country, but sometimes it's easy to focus on the girls winning championships and standing on podiums.
What about the girls who are just getting started?
The ones who have been watching from the sidelines, wondering if they could do it too?
Those girls are just as much a part of the future of this sport.
Ellianna wants to share her first season, including the learning, the challenges, and all the little victories along the way. She hopes that by sharing her experience, another girl might decide to give wrestling a try too.
Oh, and did we mention she also races dirt bikes?! ποΈ We have a feeling she's going to have a lot of fun on the wrestling mat.
