Please help us welcome Karsyn to the In Her Era Ambassador Team! ππ€ΌβοΈ
Karsyn wrestles with Gulf Coast Wrestling in Alabama, and we're excited to have another state represented on our growing ambassador team!
At just seven years old, Karsyn is already helping introduce more people to girls wrestling along the Gulf Coast.
And she has a pretty great nickname, too. Meet Karsyn the Barbie Bruiser! πͺ
One thing we really loved about Karsyn's application was how much her family values growing opportunities for girls in their community.
Because here's something we think about a lot.
For girls wrestling to keep growing, young girls need to see other girls out there doing it.
They need to see girls their own age stepping onto the mat, learning new skills, competing, and having fun. They need to know they don't have to wait until they're older or more experienced to get started.
And that's exactly what Karsyn is helping show the girls around her.
Her family hopes that sharing her wrestling journey will encourage more girls to try the sport and help build a stronger girls wrestling community across Alabama and the Gulf Coast.
We love that Karsyn is getting to grow up in a time when more girls are discovering wrestling, and we're excited that she wants to help bring even more of them into the sport.

Welcome to the team, Karsyn! We can't wait to follow your journey and see what the Barbie Bruiser does next! π
