Eligibility

  • Ambassadors must be at least 18 years old or have parent/guardian permission to participate.
  • In Her Era reserves the right to accept, deny, or remove ambassadors at its discretion.

Ambassador Discount Code

  • Each ambassador receives a unique discount code.
  • The code provides 10% off eligible purchases.
  • Codes may be shared with friends, family, teammates, and followers.
  • Codes may not be posted on coupon websites or discount aggregation sites.

Rewards Program

  • Ambassadors may earn rewards based on purchases made using their unique code.
  • Reward structures, eligibility, and incentives may change at any time.
  • Rewards have no cash value unless specifically stated.

Social Media & Content

  • Ambassadors are encouraged, but not required, to share In Her Era products and content.
  • Ambassadors should represent the brand in a positive and respectful manner.
  • False, misleading, offensive, or inappropriate content may result in removal from the program.

Content Usage Rights

By participating in the Ambassador Team, ambassadors and/or their parent or guardian grant In Her Era permission to:

  • Repost submitted photos and videos on social media.
  • Use submitted content on the In Her Era website.
  • Use submitted content in marketing materials, advertisements, email campaigns, and online marketplaces.
  • Edit or crop content as needed for marketing purposes.

Communication

  • Ambassadors agree to receive email communications related to the program.
  • Ambassadors may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time, but important program communications may still be sent when necessary.

Brand Representation

  • Ambassadors are expected to demonstrate good sportsmanship and respect toward teammates, coaches, officials, opponents, and fellow athletes.
  • In Her Era reserves the right to remove ambassadors whose actions conflict with the brand's mission or values.

Program Changes

  • In Her Era may modify, pause, or discontinue the Ambassador Team or any associated rewards, benefits, or requirements at any time.

No Employment Relationship

  • Participation in the Ambassador Team does not create an employment, agency, partnership, or independent contractor relationship with In Her Era.
