At In Her Era, we want you to love your gear. If something isn't the right fit, we're here to help.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and unused merchandise within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must:

• Be in original condition
• Have all original tags attached
• Be free of odors, stains, pet hair, damage, or signs of wear

Approved returns will be issued as store credit only.

Refunds

Refunds to the original payment method are not guaranteed and are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. In Her Era reserves the right to approve or deny refund requests at its sole discretion.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

We strongly recommend using a shipping method that includes tracking information. Customers are responsible for ensuring returned items arrive safely at our facility.

Lost or Damaged Returns

In Her Era is not responsible for return packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged during transit. If a return package cannot be located by the shipping carrier, the customer will need to work directly with the carrier to resolve the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Worn or used merchandise
• Items returned without original tags
• Clearance or final sale items
• Gift cards
